Ford had launched the EcoSport facelift in 2017 and while the new exteriors looked great, the interior had some missing bits. The instrument cluster of the new EcoSport had a very basic look to it. There was no depth in the console and the MID screen was very small. However, the EcoSport S that was launched last year got a fancy instrument cluster.
Now that instrument cluster is now being offered with the EcoSport Titanium and Titanium+ variants. Ford has revised these range topping variants with the new instrument cluster that looks attractive and has some depth. However, the lower variants of the EcoSport still continue to come with the basic instrument cluster.
Otherwise the EcoSport is well equipped. Some of the features include rain sensing wipers, rear view camera, sunroof, keyless entry with push button start/stop, automatic headlamps, SYNC3 infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control system and much more. The EcoSport competes with the Maruti Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon and the new Mahindra XUV300.
