Ferrari Roma is now available in India; the sportscar can be booked at Ferrari’s Mumbai and Delhi dealerships.

Ferrari has officially introduced Roma in the Indian market at price tag of Rs 3.61 crore (ex-showroom). The sportscar was unveiled last year. Ferrari Roma gets the company’s new design language both inside and outside. Interested buyers can get the car booked at the Ferrari dealerships in either Mumbai or Delhi.

Cosmetically, the new Roma features a long bonnet and a short boot similar to the GT car instead of large air vents. Inspired by 365 GTC/4, Ferrari Roma gets power hump on the bonnet and haunches over the front wheels. The front fascia flaunts slim LED headlamps with integrated DRLs. The rear end boasts of tail-lamps and quad exhaust pipes. The electric rear spoiler is built into the tailgate and gives the model a sleek look from behind. While red is the trademark colour of Ferrari, the company itself agreed that the new Roma looks better in a shade other than that.

Ferrari Roma gets an entirely new cabin. We can expect it to feature a 2+2 seating configuration. However, the rear seat is apt for accommodating children only. The dashboard is curved enough so that the driver and co-passenger can sit comfortably. An 8.4-inch tablet-style touchscreen infotainment unit is present in the centre console. The new steering wheel comes equipped with touch-capacitive buttons. Apart from this, the new Roma also gets a curved 16-inch instrument cluster.

Under the bonnet, the Ferrari Roma will be powered by the same 3.9-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine that powers other Ferrari models. In terms of power and torque figures, Roma will deliver a power output of 620 bhp and 760 Nm torque. The engine is linked to a new 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox that originally made its debut on the SF90 Stradale. The sportscar also gets a front-engine rear-wheel-drive layout.
