The bike is powered by a 73hp, 803cc engine that does duty in the Scrambler series.

The retro-styled Scrambler Café Racer is priced at ₹9.32 lakh (ex-showroom, India) and it will join the Icon, the Classic, the Full Throttle and the Desert Sled in Ducati India’s Scrambler line-up.

The Café Racer shares the same 803cc twin-cylinder motor with the other Scramblers in the line-up, and in the same state of tune with 73hp and 67Nm of torque.

What sets this bike apart from the rest are the rear-view mirror mounted aluminium clip-on handlebars, a dual-piped exhaust, black anodised aluminium cover and a dedicated seat featuring a cover for the passenger section. The bike comes fitted with a Brembo braking system with Bosch 9.1 MP ABS with a pressure sensor and a radial-type front brake pump. There are cast aluminium 17-inch alloys on Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres – 120/70 ZR 17 at the front and 180/55 ZR17 at the rear.

The Cafe Racer comes with its own line of accessories and apparel and the bike is available in a black coffee colour with a black frame and gold wheels.
