Droom Launches Jumpstart: A Tech-Enabled Doorstep Vehicle Service

Coronavirus has wreaked havoc in the whole world. Not only the businesses are getting affected but also the vehicles. Since most vehicles in India have been parked in garages for over 40 days now due to the extended nation-wide lockdown, maintaining them has become a challenging task for owners. In a bid to address this issue, Droom, India’s largest and pioneering online automobile transactional marketplace, has launched Jumpstart - a tech-enabled doorstep vehicle service for customers across India.

Jumpstart package starts at Rs 499 and is available for all types of vehicles including both the two-wheelers and the four-wheelers. The service can easily be availed by individuals, fleet companies, RWAs, hospitals, logistic providers, private & public bus owners, and hotels that offer commute. The service package covers jumpstart of vehicle along with tyre maintenance, inspection of critical functions along with oil and lube top-up. Apart from this standard package, one can also avail the add-on services like towing, gas fill, flat tyre repair, pressure water cleaning, and full top-up of oil, lubricant, coolant etc.

The Jumpstart Service can easily be availed by selecting the vehicle type, location, and main service along with any add-ons. Further one can choose the time slot as per their convinience. Interest customer can make the payment on the spot or choose to pay later. After this, Droom will assign an ‘Eco-Ninja’ or technician to perform the job, who will also issue an ECO Jump Start Report to the respective customer once the servicing process is completed.
