Maruti Suzuki Offering Two Customization Options for Swift

Maruti is providing a lot of customization choices for all-new Swift hatchback so that customers can personalize their cars.

Maruti Suzuki Swift has been one of the most successful cars for India’s largest automaker. The mid-size hatchback is very popular among the customers of small and big cities alike. The company updated the car last year with an all-new model in the market. Maruti also provides a lot of customization choices for the all-new Swift hatchback so that the customers can personalize their car. The company does this through an online portal that offers a lot of choices that completely change the looks of a stock Swift. The customization options are pretty vast and comes with separate choices for various parts of the mid-size hatchback.

Apart from offering a varied category of customization choices the largest car maker of India also offers packages for the same that completely change the looks of their mid-size hatchback. The custom packages come under the name of “Red Speedmaster” and “Verve Glider”. Let’s take a closer look at the 2 options offered by the manufacturer.

Red Speedmaster

Price: Rs. 21,847

The first choice from the maker is the Red Speedmaster and as the name indicated, the package offers red accents on the mid-size hatchback. This package can be selected for any color or trim of the mid-size hatchback Maruti Suzuki Swift. On the outside the package adds to the aesthetics of the Swift hatchback and comes with garnish for the fog lamp, molding for the body side in in fire red color, garnish for the rear door, fire red colored garnish for front bumper, and finally a spoiler for the roof also painted in fire red. As far as the interiors are concerned, there is a designer red circuit mat and drag racer red runner adding the same red accents in the cabin as the exterior.

Verve Glider

Price: Rs. 20,257

The next offering by Maruti for the mid-size hatchback is named the Verve Glider and this comes with more subtle looks when compared to the previous offering. Talking about the options for the outside in this package there is a door visor, garnish for the tail lamp, black colored spoiler for the roof, and black colored front grille. As far as the insides are concerned there are club rider designer mats and rev up road highlights.

Apart from the aforementioned options, the packages can be paired with alloy wheels and other accessories for the Swift. As far as mechanics, are concerned the new packages do not come with any mechanical changes. Mechanically, the packages do not change anything in the vehicle. Maruti updated the Swift last year and the famous car now comes with HEARTECT platform underpinnings which enhances the mileage and performance of the car due to its light weight. Maruti offers the new Swift with both petrol and diesel options. While the former is 1.2L 4-cylinder petrol engine rated for 82 Bhp and 113 Nm, the latter is 1.3L diesel engine rated for 74 Bhp and 190 Nm. The two variants come equipped with a 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT automatic gearbox depending on the trim chose.

Maruti Suzuki Swift lock horns with Hyundai Grand i10 and the recently updated Ford Figo in the market. Maruti surely blows the rivals out of water as far as the vast expanse of customization option and accessories list is concerned.
