The American manufacturer, Chevrolet has taken the covers off the FNR-CarryAll Concept SUV at the 2018 Guangzhou Motor Show, China. The concept’s design has been inspired by the iconic Camaro. The concept looks muscular, sharp, belligerent and has both contemporary and expressive elements.

The company has given this concept an FNR designation. This is the third vehicle after the first FNR concept and FNR-X to get the FNR designation. Here FNR stands for Find New Roads. This designation has been mainly used for concept SUVs. The SUV’s name CarryAll is taken from the company’s first SUV Suburban CarryAll which was launched in 1935.

The model which was showcased sported a Pearl Black exterior paint, a unique design of the D-pillar and a panoramic sunroof. The SUV sat on 22-inch aluminium alloy wheels and had much distinctive equipment like a hood-mounted air extractor, red Brembo brake callipers, carbon ceramic rotors, a carbon-fibre roof and turn indicators integrated ORVMs.

The cabin is finished in black and the car has a 12-inch digital screen for the instrument cluster and a 10-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system, moreover, it has a smart touchscreen in the second-row. The seats on this car are a cantilever-type and are wrapped in two-tone black leather with red suede accents. There are heating and air-conditioning controls for rear passengers. Other features are a red backlit accent lighting, satin chrome finished circular AC vents with red accents, illuminated sill plates on the doors and trunk opening.

The products showcased at the motor show are mainly for the Chinese market and the company doesn’t have any plans to re-enter the Indian market. The company has stopped selling their product in our country but their facilities in India are operational at full capacity and are exclusively producing products to export.
