After the BS6 update in February 2020, Ford Endeavour gets its first price hike

Ford India has recently hiked the prices of its BS6 compliant Ford Endeavour by up to Rs 1.20 lakh. The BS6 version of the Endeavour was introduced in February this year at a starting price of Rs 29.55 lakh (ex-showroom). This is the first price hike that the model has received since its BS6 update. Now the model is offered at Rs 29.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Further, the full-sized SUV is available in three trims namely Titanium 2.0 4x2 AT, Titanium Plus 2.0 4x2 AT, and Titanium Plus 2.0 4x4 AT. Depending upon the variant, the SUV gets a price hike in the range of Rs 44,000 - Rs 1.20 lakh.

Besides the price increase, no other changes have been made to its features or specifications In comparison to its BS4 counterpart, the front fascia of the Endeavour gets all-LED headlamps instead of HID headlights. Further, the lights are encased in a new square-shaped headlamp cluster. The SUV gets a large panoramic sunroof.  It also comes equipped with features such as Terrain Management System with four pre-set modes namely Normal, Snow/Mud/Grass, Sand, and Rock. Other notable elements include semi-auto parallel park assist, rear and front parking sensors, automatic wipers, 8-way power-adjustable driver and co-passenger front seats, along with dual-zone climate control among others. 

Under the hood, the BS6 Ford Endeavour draws power from the same 2.0-litre EcoBlue single-turbo diesel engine that churns out 167 bhp power and 420 Nm torque. This engine is linked to a 10-speed automatic gearbox.
