Ducati India is all set to launch the BS6 compliant Scrambler 1100 tomorrow in the country. As per reports coming out, the BS6 Ducati Scrambler 1100 will be available in two variants: Pro and Sport Pro. Recently, the motorcycle was spotted at the company's dealership in Pune and it will be the company's second BS6 compliant model in India after the Panigale V2 which was launched last month at a staggering Rs 16.99 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom). The Scrambler 1100 will take on the likes of Triumph Scrambler 1200, Kawasaki Z900 RS, Indian FTR 1200 and Honda CB1000 R in the Indian market.

There are no major cosmetic updates expected in the BS6 Scrambler 1100 except the revised seat and an even lower positioned number plate. Ducati Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro will get a unique matte black paint scheme alongside lower handlebars, cafe racer-style bar-end mirrors and premium Öhlins suspension. On the other hand, the Pro variant will boast of Marzocchi forks upfront and Kayaba monoshock at the rear. As far as safety features are concerned, the Scrambler 1100 duo will be equipped with Ducati Traction Control (DCT) and Bosch cornering Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) as standard while getting three ride modes in the form of Active, Journey and City. The exhaust system has also been updated in order to meet the stringent emission norms.

Underpinning the same architecture with the same trellis frame, the bikes will be powered by a BS6 compliant 1079cc air-cooled L-Twin petrol engine which generates maximum power output of 86bhp at 7500rpm and peak torque performance of 88Nm at 4750rpm. Ducati Scrambler 1100 Pro and Ducati Scrambler 1100 Pro Sport were priced at Rs 10.91 Lakhs and Rs 11.42 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, Delhi), respectively, with the BS4 engine. Hence, the BS6 compliant models are expected to be priced a bit higher than their BS4 counterparts. We will bring you all the live updates from the launch tomorrow, so stay tuned to this page for more info!
