The BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition has been launched in the Indian market at a starting price of INR 65 lakh (ex-showroom). The new 3 Series Gran Limousine now comes equipped with a diesel powertrain. BMW India is going to locally manufacture the new sedan at its group plant in Chennai. Bookings for the new M Sport Pro edition are currently open in India, while deliveries are expected to start in the coming months.
Previously, BMW launched the 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro petrol version at an ex-showroom price of INR 62.60 lakh. The M Sport Pro diesel variant is INR 3 lakh more expensive than the outgoing BMW 320Ld M Sport. The BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition is being offered in four color options:
Mineral White Skyscraper Grey
Carbon Black Portimao Blue

The M Sport Pro diesel edition comes equipped with a range of design elements, including blacked-out kidney grille, M Lights Shadowline elements, adaptive LED headlamps, glossy black rear diffuser, and darkened inlays. It also houses an M-specific aero package, a high-gloss black rear diffuser, daytime running lamps, and M door sill finishers at both ends.
The 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition packs features like a curved display, M-spec Anthracite headliner upholstery, illuminated door sill plates, electrically adjustable front seats, ambient lighting, wireless charging, BMW 8.5 OS, Park Assistant Plus, three-zone climate control, six airbags, and panoramic sunroof.
Other features include a BMW live cockpit plus, a BMW curved display, BMW's Operating System 8, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a premium Harman Kardon Surround Sound system.
Under the bonnet, the M Sport Pro diesel edition draws power from a 2.0L four-cylinder twin-turbo diesel engine. The unit can churn out a power of 187 bhp and peak torque of 400 Nm. It is paired with an eight-speed Steptronic sport AT. The company claims that the new 3 Series Gran Limousine sedan can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 7.6 seconds.
