If you don’t want the massive 6.0-litre W12 petrol version of the Bentayga, you can now buy a version with a smaller V8. The car is priced at Rs 3.78 crore (ex-showroom, without options). The 4.0-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 makes 549hp and 770Nm and is mated to an eight-speed automatic that sends power to all four wheels.

The car can hit 100kph in an impressive 4.5sec and can hit a top-speed of 290kph. The car offers a range of 746km on a full tank (85 litres), and it also comes with cylinder deactivation technology. This version comes with red-painted front brake callipers and gets a tweaked front grille and tail-pipe design.

In the cabin, there's a new wood and leather steering wheel, and a gloss carbon-fibre trim finish for the doors, centre console and dashboard. You also get a new colour for the leather upholstery - the chestnut-coloured ‘Cricket ball’.
