The company launched its Motobi 200 Evo at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show. The entry-level cruiser features a more urban-centric design theme with blacked-out elements instead of chrome. It comes with a single-pod, fully digital instrument console and a stubby exhaust muffler. The bike uses a 197cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected motor producing 13.9Nm and is mated to a five-speed gearbox.
The bike features 17-inch alloy wheel at the front in 90/90 section tyre; the rear is a 15-inch wheel with 130/90 section rubber. Fuel tank capacity is 11.8 litres and the motorcycle weighs 156kg.
Now that the bike is on sale in Indonesia, Benelli will launch it in other markets. We’re not sure if it is coming to India yet.
