Philippines based Tokwa Party Garage transforms a Bajaj Pulsar NS200 into a scrambler with no changes in the engine.

Bike modifications are becoming quite a raging hit among motorcycle riders. There have been some stunning transformations that simply took our breath away. Today, we bring to you a unique modification of Bajaj Pulsar NS200. A customized Pulsar NS200 scrambler done by Tokwa Party Garage based out of Philippines is something we don’t see much often. If you observe the images, you will notice that the basic profile and engine remain unchanged to avoid any instability issues.

The design outfit has taken extra efforts in adding custom parts that match the fuel tank paint scheme. The stock bike’s signature headlamp is swapped for a circular LED. This simple modification gives the motorcycle a completely different look. The modified two-wheeler sports a plastic fender to give it an off-roading character. The tailpiece is gone and now has been replaced with a customized red leather saddle. The motorcycle comes equipped with custom fender mounted on the rear sub-frame. The fuel tank and side panels are retained from the stock NS200. The designers have added a customized engine guard while the rear-view mirrors are mounted at both ends of the handle bar. The scrambler's off-roading capability is further enhanced by the mourning of huge knobbies on the stock alloy wheel. It also gets a customized chrome-finished exhaust. The bike’s seat is a single-piece unit portraying a red shade finish with a ribbed design.

Talking about the powertrain, then the engine has been left untouched. It is the same 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that is found performing its duty on the stock motorcycle. The mill produces 23.5 bhp of maximum power output and 18.3 Nm of peak torque. Transmission is handled by a 6-speed gearbox. The suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks up front and Nitrox monoshock absorber towards the rear. The bike comes equipped with twin disc brakes - 300mm in the front and 230 mm at the rear. In the Philippines, NS200 is sold under Kawasaki Brand and is given the name “Rouser 200”. In India, 2020 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 price starts at Rs 1.29 lakh (ex-showroom), Delhi.
