Bajaj Auto has launched the Pulsar N250 and Pulsar F250 at Rs 1.38 lakh and Rs 1.40 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom) respectively. The launch took place on the digital platform. The new Pulsar 250 series gets new design elements, a new frame, a new front fascia, and a new engine. The Pulsar N250 is available only in techno Grey color. While the Pulsar F250 is offered in a total of two color options namely Racing Red and Techno Grey. The bikes have been launched on the occasion of the 20th year anniversary of the launch of the Pulsar line-up.

In terms of design, the Pulsar N250 and F250 feature an LED headlight with LED DRLs. In addition, the bikes get split seats and digi-analog instrumentation. The naked Pulsar N250 gets an aggressive front end. While the Pulsar F250 gets foldable mirrors mounted on the sharp-looking semi-fairing. One can further find raised clip-on handlebars behind the fairings. Besides this, the rear end of both bikes boasts of twin LED tail-lights.

Performance-wise, both bikes are powered by a 249cc, SOHC, oil-cooled engine that churns out a top power of 24.2 bhp and a peak torque of 21.5 Nm. Transmission duties are taken care of by a 5-speed gearbox with a slip & assist clutch. In terms of the brakes, both bikes get a 300mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc towards the rear along with a single-channel ABS. Moving on, the new Pulsars come with a fuel tank capacity of 14-litres. Talking about the weight, the Pulsar N250 weighs 162 kg while the Pulsar F250 weighs 164 kg. The new Pulsar 250 will rival the likes of Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, Yamaha FZ25, and Bajaj Dominar 250.
