Range Rover Velar SUV price begins from Rs 73.30 Lakhs while it comes with a 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol

Baahubali is one of the biggest hits in the cinematic history of India. Apart from the box office collection, the mythological flick earned critical acclaim for dazzling cinematography, action sequences and storytelling. Prabhas is one of the most bankable stars with a legion of blockbuster hits under his name. He became a household name with the role as a kind-hearted king in the stunning Baahubali movie. The actor is a gem of a person as he recently gifted his Gym trainer Laxman Range Rover Velar. Laxman Reddy is quite a famous name in the world of body-building with a Mr World Title under his belt. Prabhas' stunning physical transformation in Baahubali movie is remarkable and can be attributed to the hard-work of the actor and his trainer. 

Range Rover Velar’s starting price is Rs 73.30 Lakhs (ex-showroom, India). Launched last year, the SUV was initially priced at Rs 72.47 Lakhs (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. Later on, the company hiked the price by almost 83,000 to Rs 73.30 Lakhs. The 5-seater SUV comes loaded with plenty of exciting features like twin 10-inch touchscreens, four-zone automatic climate control, panoramic sunroof, 14-way adjustable leather seats for both driver and front passenger. 

The British automaker's focus on making the SUV safe is quite evident with tons of safety equipment on-board. One can find 6 airbags, Emergency Brake Assist, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Lane Keep Assist, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD). 

Talking about the performance of the imposing SUV, it is powered by a 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. The car delivers 247bhp of maximum power output and 365 Nm of peak torque. Transmission duties are taken care of by an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. Range Rover Velar is locally manufactured in India at the production unit in Chikhali, Pune.
