The sub-4m convertible SUV is based on the TUV300 platform.

Mahindra will show a sub-4m convertible SUV at the upcoming Auto Expo. The new drop-top SUV will be under four metres long and it will be built on the same platform as the TUV300.

There are no other details that have emerged so far, but it will be interesting to see how the manufacturer manages to define the proportions of this car. The car will probably use on the engines from Mahindra’s existing family of engines. It could most probably be powered by an uprated version of the 1.5-litre, three-cylinder, mHawk100 diesel engine.

Mahindra will gauge feedback at the show and decide whether to produce this car or not. The carmaker will also show the new Rexton at the show.
