The Korean manufacturer, Hyosung parted its way from DSK earlier this year and was taken over by Motoroyale, a brand of Kinetic group. Motoroyale sells Hyosung along with F.B Mondial, SWM, MV Agusta and Norton Motorcycles in India.

Powering the Aquila Pro 650 is a 647cc water-cooled, 90-degree, V-twin engine that produces 75 BHP and 62 Nm of peak torque. The fully-faired GT250R’s powerplant is a 249cc oil-cooled, V-twin engine that churns out 28 BHP and 22 Nm of torque. Both the bikes are mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Suspension duties of the both these bikes are done by a 43 mm USD fork on the front. While at the rear the Aquila Pro 650 gets a hydraulic double shock and the GT250R come equipped with a pre-load adjustable monoshock. In the braking department, Aquila Pro 650 gets 300 mm twin front discs and a 270 mm rear disc. The GT250R shares the same front braking setup from the cruiser, while the rear gets a 230 mm disc. Both the bikes come with standard dual-channel ABS.

The cruiser gets 18-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels while the GT250R comes with 17-inch wheels on either side. Both the motorcycles have 160 mm of ground clearance. The GT250R comes with a 17-litre fuel tank and weighs at 188 kg. However, the larger displacement cruiser gets a smaller 16-litre fuel tank which is a little uncanny and the bike weighs around 240 kg. Hyosung has priced the Aquila Pro 650 at Rs. 5.55 lakhs and GT250R is sold at Rs. 3.39 lakhs (Ex-showroom).
