All 123 units of the facelifted EcoSport available for online booking on Amazon.in were sold in a few hours. The compact SUV will be officially launched on November 7. The online booking fee was set at an amount of ₹10,000 on Amazon’s India website.
Most customers have booked the top Titanium+ trim of the EcoSport that’s fitted with the all-new 1.5-litre, three-cylinder, Dragon petrol engine, mated to the new six-speed auto transmission. The new Dragon engine makes 123hp and promises fuel economy of 17kpl. Ford India says Lightning Blue was the most selected colour by customers.
