Honda 2-Wheelers India has launched the 2021 Gold Wing Tour at a starting price of Rs 37.20 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom Gurugram, Haryana) in the country. Being sold via the CBU (Completely Built-Up) route from Japan in the Indian market, it is available in two variant options - Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) with airbag & Manual Transmission. The 2021 Honda Gold Wing Tour bookings have started at the BigWing Topline exclusive premium dealerships in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Indore, Kochi & Hyderabad with deliveries beginning from July 2021.

The 2021 Honda Gold Wing Tour flaunts a forward slanting front fascia with the central element in the fairing. There is an extended electric screen for protection against wind which can be operated from the left handlebar. Both the rider and pillion seats are separate while draped in a luxurious new suede/synthetic leather seat cover. The headlamp unit features polished optical lenses on both sides at the lower portion to create a jewel-eye low beam light signature. The upper portion, on the other hand, creates a stereoscopic impression. In addition, the front auto-cancel indicators are housed in the mirrors while it also gets dual LED fog lights. The manual variant will be offered in Pearl Glare White color while the automatic variant can be availed in a dual-tone Gunmetal Black Metallic/Mat Morion Black scheme.




As for features, the 2021 Honda Gold Wing Tour comes with Cruise Control, Smart Key, Throttle By Wire (TBW), Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), Dual C-type USB Ports, Navigation System with Gyrocompass, Riding Modes (Tour, Sport, Econ & Rain), Passenger Audio Control Switch and Lightweight Speakers. It also gets a 7-inch full-colour TFT liquid crystal display which is compatible with Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 2021 Gold Wing Tour carries an additional 11 litre for the rear top box to bring the total luggage capacity to 121 litres. The capacity of the fuel tank is 21.1 litre. The bike is based on an aluminium twin-beam frame while double wishbone front suspension and electrically adjustable spring preload rear suspension come as standard.

Mechanically, the 2021 Honda Gold Wing Tour is powered by a 1,833cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke flat-6 engine which dishes out top power of 125 bhp at 5,500 rpm and peak torque of 170 Nm at 4,500 rpm. The engine is paired to a 6-speed manual transmission. It can also be availed with a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox with a creep forward and back function The automatic variants boasts of the Idling Stop feature which automatically stops the engine after being idle for 3 seconds and the rider only needs to turn the throttle to restart the engine.
