Ducati India had earlier announced its plan of launching 12 new bikes in the country this year. The company had also made it clear that the new Streetfighter V4 was one of the products to be introduced in the Indian market in 2021. Now, the Italian bikemaker has released the first teaser of the 2021 Ducati Streetfighter V4 across its various social media channels, hinting that the launch is on the cards. In fact, it has been learnt that a few Ducati dealerships in India have started taking pre-bookings for the bike at an undisclosed amount.
The teaser image comes with a caption which reads, 'coming soon'. This is a clear indication that the 2021 Ducati Streetfighter V4 launch in India is imminent. It will be offered in two trims namely V4 and V4S. Both the variants will sport different hardware. The base V4 will get 43 mm Showa forks upfront while there will be a Sachs steering damper with a mono-shock at the rear. The braking duties will be helmed by dual 330mm discs at the front while there will be a single 245 mm disc unit at the rear.
