Suzuki Motorcycles has launched the 2019 version of the Hayabusa superbike in India.

Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIPL) launched the 2019 edition of its evergreen and much loved super-sport motorcycle, Hayabusa. The new Hayabusa offers minor cosmetic updates and two new color schemes. It now gets an extra pair of reflectors for Indian road conditions and two new color schemes, Metallic Oort Gray and Glass Sparkle Black. Mechanically, the Hayabusa remains unchanged.
 
The 2019 Suzuki Hayabusa continues to be powered by the 1340cc, in-line 4-cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. It produces 200 PS of peak power and 115 Nm of torque. The Suzuki Hayabusa was the first production motorcycle to reach a top speed of 300 km/hr.

Suzuki recently stopped the production of the Hayabusa in Europe after a 20 year stint and the next-gen Hayabusa is already in the pipeline, it will comply to the emission norms worldwide. SMIPL has priced the 2019 Hayabusa at Rs. 13.75 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is available for customers to book at any Suzuki Big Bike dealership.
