Bajaj Auto will update their flagship model Dominar 400 mechanically and cosmetically.

The power cruiser, Dominar 400 by Pune based manufacturer, Bajaj Auto has been a successful bike since its launch. The Dominar 400 was already offered with many features and at a very competitive price. However, the spied image of the bike shows some major updates in the mechanical front. And with the additional updates, the flagship model of Bajaj will surely be the most value for money bike.

The updated Dominar 400 will get an upside-down front fork, this change in suspension will surely enhance the riding dynamics and handling of the bike. The radiator on the updated bike is larger in size. Apart from forks and radiator, the new bike also gets a new exhaust muffler. The ABS on the bike will be a single channel or dual-channel is not yet confirmed.

The updated Dominar 400 is expected to get the same 390 Duke engine which comes with dual-overhead-camshafts. This DOHC setup will enhance the performance along with reducing the emissions. With tweaks in the engine and exhaust, the bike is expected to get BS-VI ready. Moreover, Bajaj Auto may offer new colour scheme with the updated version of the bike. But with all these new additions, expect the price to be slightly increased by Rs. 20,000/-.
