Droom is India's first fully transactional online marketplace. When you like a vehicle at Droom, you pay 2% - 3% Token Amount (depending upon the category) online on Droom's platform using net banking, credit card or debit card. Later, you pay the final value payment 98% - 97% (depending upon the category) directly to the seller in the seller's preferred mode of payment, at the time of transaction closure.
Before Transaction Closure: In case you don’t like the vehicle after paying your Token Amount, Droom will fully refund your money. As Token Amount is fully covered under Droom Buyer Protection and is fully refundable.
After transaction closure: Buyer can raise a dispute before the order is marked as completed
